Description
Extruded aluminium profile 20×40 mm with V-slots. Four V-grooves take carriages with 608 bearings; T-slots take M5 T-nuts anywhere along the length.
Where it is used
In frames, gantries and axis guides of CNC, laser and other automated machines. The V-slot works with carriages on 608 bearings (CAR-608).
Cutting and assembly
The profile is cut with a saw — without vibration, at a right angle. An M5 T-nut fits into the T-slot at any point: slide it into place, then tighten the screw.
Cut to size. Choose the piece length — from 200 to 1500 mm — and the number of pieces; the piece price is shown at once. Cutting is free and you do not pay for the saw kerf.
